Current status of the Ning Platform is always available on the Ning Status Blog.

New posts (i.e. as opposed to replies) have not appeared on our Latest Activity Feed since 7th March - we have had to 'feature' every single one to get them to appear, and even then any images in the posts are not displayed. Has anyone else had this problem?  I have opened a ticket with the Ning team, but they don't seem to be able to sort it out.

  • Try removing the activity feed from the page and then adding it back. See if that helps. Also try clearing browser cache.

    I have noticed delays, lag with the activity feed on several Ning networks.

    • They are redoing the activity feeds so I can deal with this issue for now

    • Thanks very much for this, but unforunately it makes no difference!  Re: second suggestion -  it's not just my browser that's affected.

       

  • Replies to images doesn’t show but every thing else does 

    • Ah, that's interesting that it's part of ongoing work - a relief to know that it isn't something arbitrary! 

      I find that replies to posts show ok - it's the new posts, of any kind, that don't show. It's Extremely frustrating.

       

      • It only give me issues on photos now polls where if u comment it doesn’t show or show likes on polls.. I’m on my site all day I see changes being made heck I caught the emojis the other day that they’re implementing

          Is this only in the acitivity feed? And is this 3.0 networks only?
