    According to the link you are trying to use subdomain which is hosted somewhere, as for the mapping you are using gplay.com.br

    So in teh place which is teh host for your subdomain you should install SSL certificate which will cover the subdomains as well. The SSL could be purchased from your domain provider, or you can use the free one provided by the Let's Encrypt.

        You can activate the https encryption on the domain mapping page under the social site manager, just click yes next to "Use SSL for my network" (Please note that it could take up to 24 h for a certificate to be installed, all this time the browser warning message would be shown, unfortunately). However, the sll on the network doesn't have any connection to the issue with https://indica.gplay.com.br/thanks/53230/lp53230 since your subdomain "indica" doesn't point on us. So the sll for that subdomain should be installed on the server where the subdomain is located, and it's not located on Ning.

            Sure, when the SSL would be completely installed for your network, the warning message will not be shown. In order to activate SSL for your network please follow the instructions I have provided in the previous comment.
