I have a Network for photographers. How Can we change the words to get find on Google? We need to change the words where Is on red 

I can convince the members to work on it, and bring traffic to the site.

Seriously, the words that are there, do not help anything. words as The month of December? Inshare and so on. 

Please how can I make it right?

Hi there!

Since there is no way to add meta description tag into the head of the site the only way to change the text there somehow is to ask the members to add the information they want to be presented there, in members editable HTML. Since there is no other text on the profile page the google grabs everything you have. According to https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/35624?hl=en the engine will try to grab the most appropriate information, so by putting the small text about each member should do a trick, but there are no guarantees.
