Current status of the Ning Platform is always available on the Ning Status Blog.

In the default navigation for ning, there is a "my page" tab. When you are signed out and click on "my page", it autodirects you to a log in/sign up authorization page with the target being "my profile"... this is all fine, but on this page, there is not header, nor navigation to go back to home or explore other areas. I see no way to edit this and add them. Any suggestions?

  • I don't know if you can edit that page specifically.

  • Hi there!

The Sign in or Sign up page cannot be edited, unfortunately. I do agree with John, most people simply would click back in teh browser, however, there is also the second solution, you can simply move My page to unlinked pages as the name at the top right corner could be used to reach my page as well. Also if you are familiar with javascript you can hide that tab for not logged in users if necessary I can create that code for you.

    Best wishes,

    Ning Team.
