thought i'd share a little tip with people who may not know how to do this with your fanpages. It's a very simple way to send select content from your network. Keep in mind, for the specific content to show up, your network has to be completely open to the public, otherwise it will show just your network name and description.
On facebook, search for an app called "RSS Graffiti" and add it to your fanpage. Go to your network, and whatever content you want to regularly show on the facebook fanpage, click the rss radio button under it, and copy the link to the feed when it opens (i chose my latest activity feed, I'll explain why in just a second). go back to the fanpage, click edit page/apps/under rss graffiti click go to app. click add feed, paste the link and save, that's it!
I chose my latest activity feed because it updates the page every time anything is added on my network that I chose to show in latest activity, so I am getting regular positioning on my facebook fans facebook feeds at the exact time my latest activity on the network updates!
You can also add the rss graffiti to your personal page, and do the same thing, and get exposure to the people on your friends list who aren't fans of your network fanpage, which gives you even more exposure and coverage. Under application settings in RSS Graffiti, you can also add your twitter feeds to the facebook page, if you use twitter to promote your networks as well, so RSS Graffiti is a nice, instant all in one solution to use on facebook fanpages!
Enjoy!
