I know I know..everyone is talking about how Google's +1 is a facebook "Like" killer. Ahhh...but do you know where to get these buttons for your Ning? I'll Show you....
First you should go here to enable the + experiment from Google Labs.
You go here and submit a request. Its comin! Keep your pants on
Glad you asked. Google +1 is yet another attempt to make Google more social. It's Google's version of the Facebook "likes", a simple feature that's very powerful because it's part of a social network.
Now, Google will show +1 buttons next to all search results and ads, while encouraging other sites to include the buttons. All +1's are public and they're tied to Google Profiles. The goal is to use this data to personalize search results and ads by recommending sites +1'd by your friends. Of course, Google Social Search already does this, but there's no support for Facebook likes, so Google just had to come up with a substitute.
"+1 is the digital shorthand for 'this is pretty cool.' To recommend something, all you have to do is click +1 on a webpage or ad you find useful. These +1's will then start appearing in Google's search results," explains Google.

No, "Pampero Rum" did it in 2008. I just used it for a project about new museums and street art.
Some more information here (not much).
And a small text :
"The Museu Efémero (ephemeral museum) is the first street art/open air museum in the world and was designed in a joint venture between the Pampero Foundation and MAL Movimento Acorda Lisboa to catalogue and distinguish the best street art - in the form of stickers, graffiti, murals, panels and some tags - that exists in several districts of Lisbon: Bairro Alto, Bica and Príncipe. The museum has no real location - the original concept consists of a downloadable map podcast audioguide available on the website, with the location and explication of the art work that the visitor should see throughout the streets of the neighbourhood. The pieces are marked with a tag and a number shown in the audioguide."
