                      I totally understand your position!
                      I will do everything that depends on me in order to make this functionality available.

                      Regarding the "Delete a member" function and creating new conversations, I would recommend contacting our support representative via LiveChat.
                      This would be the most efficient way to get it sorted out.

                      You may also send me a private message with more detailed information regarding your website and the email address you're using to maintain it.
                      I'll be sure to check it out and provide you with an answer as soon as possible. However, it would be definitely faster to solve it in a chat conversation.
