Create a member Pro. What can he do that others can't?

Hi every one..

I am Create a Pro Categories.
What can I give him that a normal member could not?

I was trying to limit the number of photos a normal member can upload. It looks like it's not possible.
I was trying to give it a special thumb. I seems to be possible.

Can anyone show me something that I could offer to a Member Pro?
