Editing Sign-up Page - Adding a link and Paypal Button

Can anyone suggest how I'd go about adding a link or Paypal button to this page on my site  (https://schoolleadership20.com/main/authorization/signUp?)  

I alreaey have the buttons and links created in Paypal and just don't know where to edit the code.   Thinking it may be in the Design Studio--> Advanced, but no clue where and how.  Appreciate any help!

Hello,

Did you try to use the Paid Access we offer? It allows you to connect your PayPal account and set up the paid membership on the site.

But if you want to add the PayPal button, please sent us the code you have to [e-mail] and our developers will try to add it to the signUp page.

We have looked into this, but don't think it will work for us.  Will it support autorenew on either monthly or annual basis?
