Actually, we are not limiting the friends requests that the member could send, so could you please provide me with the name of the member who has reported this to you so we could check this issue with our Qa department.
Actually, the email address of the member will be better however it's not secure to share the email here as anybody is able to read this post, so if you would be providing me with the email address please send it to me in private.
