But yet it lets me download, install and even open the sign in screen for it. I enter in the correct login details but it just says Email or Password incorrect. Try again.

Unfortunately, we stopped to support the Archiver Feature for the Ning 2.0 networks. At this very moment, the only way to save the content is to make it manually. We do apologize for this inconveniences once again.

I'm coming to find out network archiver isn't the only thing that I can't sign into. Ning API access as well.

We do understand your situation, but this feature is not supported any longer.
It means, that you can try to use it but any issues connected to the archiver cannot be fixed.
The only way to save the content from your site is to do it manually.

If anyone needs support backing up their network you can contact me. I have been a Network Creator for over 10 years and have run multiple networks for 10 years. I am a designated Ning Creator for hire and I can back up most networks depending on your needs. I have focused on Archiving for a long time and am well versed in the skills needed to back up a network in a transferrable format.
Don't miss out on having a backup plan. You will regret it. Time is of the essence. I spoke about Ning Archiver having issues before it actually did have issues January 11th. People will lose a lot of effort put into their network if they don't have options. I used to call myself Garfield Creator but changed my name to Garfield Archivist because I knew this would be a priority in the future and the future is now.

The simple answer is I could. The longer answer is I could and I would need to see your network and find out exactly what you want backed up to see if that can be done.
