When posting a link in the activity feed, sometimes it'll pull an image from the linked page and sometimes it won't. Is there any way to force it to do so? That image is everything.
I know Facebook has the same issue but they have two ways to help you make sure you get an image: (1) you get a preview before posting (if there's no image, you can refresh the page and it'll be there next time), and (2) their sharing debugger page where you do essentially the same thing before posting.
When this happens the only option I can see is to delete the status and redo it (then an image will usually display). But when I do this the deleted imageless status usually comes back at least once upon refreshing the page (in addition to the one with an image) and I have to delete it again.
If I haven't missed a feature, how about the ability to preview a status before posting?
