Can we transfer Member and content from Ning 3 to Ning 4 ?

Talking About Ning 4.

Can we move all our member, content and all Network features to this new thing? https://light.ning.com/

I would like to understand if Ning 3 will get better templates and a site builder like Ning 4 
or our social network

Destroy my network now looks like a BIG MESS.

I try to many times to save the changes on my site but can’t save it.

after I make the changes the changes last for a few hours or automatic turns to the previous look without saved

Inactive Members: How to find these and remove?

Is there a way I can determine if members have been inactive since a particular time period? If so, can I just remove them from my site rather than ban or delete them?

I'm looking to make sure our site has members who have logged on at least once ove

I pieced together some code that inserts add buttons for videos, photos, blogs, discussions, events and invites as seen in the screenshot below.  You shouldn't have to change any of the code unless you want to modify the appearance or remove some but
