I've had 3 members in the past month report that they are no longer receiving broadcast messages that go out each month.
We've checked their spam filters and junk folders. Their email address in the network is correct.
I can't see non-delivery reports so I don't know if the messages are bouncing.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Use the "share" feature. Share an online version of the message template in a blog post with all members.

I've had this for almost two or more years. It's getting worse. Recently I haven't been able to gerenaret previews.
Every time I report it, I get the same answer as Ning have given here - the tecnical team are working on it.
It seesm to be a pretty basic thing and if they cant fix it over a period of years, one asssumes that they don't want to.
Ah, I wonder if this is the issue - https://www.ning.com/ning3help/mailchimp/ - Ning seem to be encouraging ning 3 users to use Mailchimp - Is the message broadcast function is being allowed to wither on the vine? (As a Ning 2 user, I don't think I even have the choice of mailchimp integration)
I've just checked and can confirm that I've been reporting thsi issue to Ning via the Support system since at least January 2015.

I apologize for the continuous issues with broadcast messages and notification emails overall.
We've gone through Ning Interactive Inc. company acquisition on the 29th of September 2016, and it is true that the previous team has left us a bunch of issues, including the notification delivery problems.
Starting from the September 2016, we are doing our best to equally spread our resources and work on both fixing the old issues and delivering the new features. Until now, we have concentrated on other significant problems which took a lot of time and planning, and now we are ready to approach and start working on the delivery issues. Since the problem is global, there is no easy and quick solution to that, so, unfortunately, we do not have any time-frames yet.
As we already mentioned previously, we are maintaining both platforms, 2.0 and 3.0, but all our updates and new functionality go mainly to the 3.0 platform, and the MailChimp integration is not the exception.

Thanks Hugh. I was kind of afraid of that. I've had intermittant issues for years but I have no way to know how many members don't receive emails unless they report it. Many don't know what they're not getting.
I'm going to have to maintain a separate email list it appears. Too bad, since this was the deciding factor in selecting Ning in the first place.
I am having the same issue. Very frustrating for members. Some memebers not receiving some emails. Quite random. New problem over last few weeks. Definitely not a spam/junk issue. Suspect load issue on email element. This is not just broadcast but invites to events also.
Anastasia please advise when rectified.
