Hi Gerard,
There is an issue with the custom code which is hiding the menu of your network. It's blocking some content from being displayed to non-members (at least it seems so from its name). So if you wish to display the menu and the bar itself I would suggest you to remove or comment that code. Also, you can inform the creator of that script that there is a bug in the code which is causing such issues, maybe he will be able to help to install it properly.
