Hello!
Sometimes verification emails get into spam/junk folders, or they are being blocked by the email provider/company's firewall. In such cases, we usually offer to use an alternative google/yahoo email address, or temporarily disable an email verification.

Yes, I temporarily disabled email verification, on the suggestion of Ning support. (no, it wasn't a spam issue). Thanks.

We are currently investigating the issue with undelivered emails further, and it would help us a lot if you provide us with email addresses (or at least the domains, like @gmail.com or @yahoo.com) of members who haven't received emails from us, the type of an email and date when it was supposed to arrive.

The person having problems with signup had an email address on btinternet.com, and the date and time was:
I have not had other such problems reported recently with signup.
