  • I have the same issue.  I reported this problem more than 2 weeks back!

    Support team keeps telling me they are in the process of fixing it, but they couldn't provide any expected schedule, it is ridiculous for such a basic feature could be not functioning in more than 2 weeks!!!

        for now I have set it like this ... as soon as on the site I send a message to the new member ... Ning says he is fixing the situation
