I like to add pop up box as soon as anyone visits the network, like this website: www.marieforleo.com . I want to integrate aweber signup form in the popup box.
Also i have added a picture of the pop up box. Please help me to create the same.

you guys can do this with a skysa bar, if you have one installed...just add the announcements add-on and set the announcement to never expire and place your signup buttons in there..

Your idea is very great but my idea is the possibility sign up directly in X page in my Network sign up/in and in this same page enter emai and pass (or Facebook / Twitter login) and write a comment for example.

For my Ning 2.0 network I implemented it. If user is not logged or is not a member, it shows a popup with a picture and butons to signup or signin. If you go to www.lokobeer.com you'll see this popup. It's working for Ning 2.0 but I believe that with a simple adjustment would work also in 3.0.
