Problems with my Ning network

Hello, I am having problems with my ning network ( http://kkartlab.in/ ) . If I click on any tab, like manage, etc. that is taking me to another outside page. I cannot commnet or send messages even to ning help center. Everything is leading me to this page:

I never visited this site before.

I tried to solve it myself. I tried to get rid of cache. I succeed to some extent but sometimes if I try to edit, it is leading to this page:

Hi there!

I have tried to reproduce the issue on your network and was not able to do so. Judging by the links you are getting, I suppose that the issue is caused by some extensions on your browser. 

To double-check it I can recommend you to try using the site from another device and see if you still get the same redirects.

Thanks. Will try them. I have installed Anti-virus on my PC. But still I don't know why these things happen.
