I have been experiencing a lot of lil bugs lately...BUT...I want to say THANK YOU, for being so on top of trying to work on things and responding so quickly (even on weekends) to my tickets and at least letting me know that you have gotten them. Just the communication like this is good customer service and it is so appreciated!
