I have been experiencing a lot of lil bugs lately...BUT...I want to say THANK YOU, for being so on top of trying to work on things and responding so quickly (even on weekends) to my tickets and at least letting me know that you have gotten them. Just the communication like this is good customer service and it is so appreciated! Wishing you guys great success in getting these bugs all figured out and enduring having to hear about them all the time. Your hard will pay off and Ning will be blessed well with great success for your perseverance to make it an exceptional platform. Have a great day!
