My network is in developing mode. I need some suggestions for the "Promotional logo competition" which I want to organize on my site as an event.
Which features should I use to allow participants(only members) to upload their files (visible to everyone) on my website?
All members/non-members should able to vote for their favorite one.
please suggest me what should I do?

Hi there!
It mostly depends on how you wish everyone to vote. It will be easier to set up with Google forms - in this way the registered members of your network will be able to upload their logos to the dedicated photo album, and everyone who wants to vote will fill out the form that you will share on your website.
It is also possible to set up everything with Polls feature on the network, but please, note, in this case, unregistered members will not be able to participate, because in order to vote they will have to create an account on your network.
