As I remember on the early stages of testing the certificates has been installed for your custom domains, I have asked the developer to take a look regarding what has happened.

Sorry, I am still confused about this... My URL shows a different name then my Site name.. there is a redirect- but I was told by using my own Domain my site URL would also read that name...
And I have been recently told the SSL cert. was not there so folks are afraid of the site...
How do I fix these things?

Sorry for the delayed reply, missed your comment.
As you are using domain mapping here is teh URL which I'm able to see http://www.912communique.com/, if there should be another URL it's necessary to purchase the other domain that you wish to place there. Unless the issue was fixed and right now everything is working fine.
Regarding the SSL I'll ask the appropriate person to take a look maybe will be able to issue teh certificate for you manually.
