Weird Chat Issue

So a member and I were talking in chat on my site today. And one of the things that happened was, I randomly got disconnected from the chat. We both did. I used a test account to see if the issue would resolve itself and lowe and behold, it didn't.

My test account receives all messages in chat. My main account says message not sent, even though it was sent. the main account cannot receive new messages in chat as they appear, the page has to be always refreshed. I tried signing in and out again, even disabling chat and clearing the conversation, but guess what. If you leave the main chat, you are locked out permanently so I can't try that.

also I'm noticing that random fluctuations of the site pages layout keeps happening as well.

    I apologize for the delayed reply.

    Such issues with chat may be related to the rollback problem we have experienced at the beginning of the week. Our tech team has already delivered the hotfix, so, could you please specify whether the chat is already working properly. If not, I would ask for your permission to send a couple of text messages in chat in order to check it. 

    Regarding the chat main room - if you accidentally left you can ask one of the members to add you back (or just use your test account for that).
