Urgent, How limite photos upload size?

 Hi there,

      My members are uploading Photos over 44MB on my network. Since Ning keeps these HUGE original files after compress it for better performance, and make it double in size. I am running out of space on my network. Nobody can upload anyt

Question: Anyone know how to display group subnav as compact with 'More' button?

Scratching my head and thought I had this sorted out once before but I am trying to figure out how to have my group subnavigation display in compact fashion like categories on feature pages..  

Any ideas?

How to get ftp access?

    My user did many Photos Uploads. There are files over 60 MB.  How can I get Ftp Acess, I would like to download it, Resize and upload it back.

Right now I can upload only if I change plan and pay more for it.

When did you guys change this without letting us know I refunded a customer and I was charged a fee for refunding them.
