This has been an issue for a couple weeks. I've sent in tickets on this and tech says they are working on it, I'm sure they are but since it's been over a week or so I'm wondering if other are having an issue and have sent in a support ticket? It's also effecting the ability to accept new members as the little spinning wheel just keeps spining.
Is anyone else haveing an issue with this?

I can send Broadcast emails, but who knows if my members are seeing them because they continually go to spam even after I've followed directives from Ning Support to fix this. I also noticed that the invitations from Events was not working and submitted a ticket.
This was the response I received: As we can see, the feature is working properly.
What about your test account, if you are sure that there are no additional mail filters on it, you can try to resend the invitation.
Then we'll be able to track the status of that invitation.
