You could ask members a profile question. I do this as well just go into settings > members > profile questions and ask them to share their email address. If its for a newsletter and due to privacy concern you may need to tell them what the question is for like (for privacy reason we ask your email address for our newsletter) and have the option to hide only to admin/mods the privacy of the answer.
