In November we began to notice Chat "freezing up" and when we would refresh the page, it would revert back to 4-5 days earlier. It was happening on all browsers (Google, Firefox and Safari) and I haven't touched our backroom code in years. Couldn't be on my end, at least I thought.
As time went on, it began to happen constantly so a filed a ticket. You can guess what happened there. Support told me "the Technical Team is working on it. Unfortunately, no updates at the moment."
Two months later and still no word! Ugh!
Can you guys think of anything that changed or something I can do? Maybe ditch Ning's chat and embed something else?
I'm desperate.
