I am completely locked out of my NING site that I have had for 20 years. ladiesofthehat.org. When I sign in, it will not accept any of my information. I need the NING support phone number.....help!

After I asked ning tech to add some domain verification to my account (requested by Brevo autoreponder) they have completely taken my ning website offline for more than a day and a half. Back and forth with Tech support (huh, no support) they won't take responsibility for what they've done and pass it off as some elses reponsibility. Waiting for somebody else to take some action.
Never have I expereinced such total disregard for the customer, lack of service or terrible attention to a customer's needs.
Every time I have had to contact tech support over the years - its a huge drama.
Tech Non Support need a rocket up them to get action and need to be able to communicate with customers in a non tech way so that customers can understand.
Thats why you have a Ning template platform - so that you don't have to be tech smart.
NING support is useless anymore...I have respnded three times asking questins to a message they sent about a payment issue and I have yet to hear anything back......very unprofressional bunch anymore...thinking the NING platform is about dead....looking for positive alternatives
