My browser warns that my website is 'not secure'.
Many of my members are concerned about his, and have stopped using the website.
How can I fix this? How can Ning fix this?

Hello Greg!
The "Not Secure" warning appeared because of the missing SSL certificate for your custom domain. Our admins have installed a certificate for LetsEncrypt that should continue to renew automatically once expired.
