    If you have faced any issues with the SSL certificate, please go to the domain mapping section, switch off the SSL for 10-20 seconds, and then switch it back, it should pass less then 24 hours for the certificate to be issued automatically. If it does not happen please contact us back once again.

  • I've downloaded our certificate and I'm trying to upload to my network but not getting any joy.

    Can you confirm the server type please Kryrl.

      If you have purchased it from GoDaddy as your custom domain, you can choose other it would work, I have tested it on another network.

  • I’ve you have your chat enabled you may have issues. Disabled the chat and it works fine that’s if you have the chat enabled lol

      I have just run a test, and yep, unfortunately, some avatars in chat are getting loaded over HTTP. I do apologize for this inconvenience, the issue has been reported to the tech team for the further fix, as I have added your network to teh report we will notify you when everything is fixed.
