If you would like to move it up or down just change the 30px in the bottom line of this code. You can also change the background Url to replace the Christmas lights with your own.

Just place this code in your "design studio CSS box".

Yes, we need light. I see Rosas has got them working but they do not work for me. Must be some CSS conflict :(

your problem is the hidden bar, i no longer have a 3.0 and i can't test the codes but if they don't work it's the bar you don't have
