The lights will be hanging from the bottom of your Ningbar, see image below.
If you would like to move it up or down just change the 30px in the bottom line of this code. You can also change the background Url to replace the Christmas lights with your own.

Just place this code in your "design studio CSS box".

Hi George, I always LOVE these lights at Christmas time, but the code does not seem to work right now...can it be fixed? maybe some Ning updates have affected it?

Last year I could not get these lights to work - does the code need an update?

      your problem is the hidden bar, i no longer have a 3.0 and i can't test the codes but if they don't work it's the bar you don't have
