Tip Ning 3.0: How to make your featured discussions sticky and stand out?

HI NCs,

It's me again. If you are not aware of making your featured discussions sticky, today I'm gonna tell you how to do it.

First of all, go to your forum page and select any one of the forums you want to feature. To do this, just go to "Feature" button and hit it once. This button is located in the top right corner ( depending on your design). 

Secondly, Go to Site and Pages> Main Navigation> Select Forum> Under "Layout & Content" click on Add Content> Write Featured Discussions ( Depending on what exactly you want to write) in the "Title" field>  Select Forum under "Content type"> Select featured under "From"> Click on "Add"  button> Make sure that this content is on top of all content (use drag function) and click on "Save".

Lastly, now go to "Design Studio"  click on "Custom CSS" > paste the following code into it and click on publish button. You may want to change background and border color suit to your preference.

What about FORUM´s withing Groups?

I haven't even seen the ability to "feature" a forum post in a Group.  I may be missing it.  I can feature a Group (although I have no clue where that "featured" Group is displayed anywhere) but in the Group forums, I don't see "feature" at all for a forum post.

can this be done at group hub level forums also ... or only main nav menu level?
