Fist of all we are sorry that such an issue has taken place on your network.
Yesterday we have noticed that the config file of the network has been changed and it has provoked the issue you have described above. At this moment everything has been set back to normal, however, could you please help us to understand which actions could have caused the change of config? Just describe the actions you have performed yesterday so we could try to reproduce this issue from our side and make sure that it won't happen in the future.
