Can we transfer Member and content from Ning 3 to Ning 4 ?

Talking About Ning 4.

Can we move all our member, content and all Network features to this new thing? https://light.ning.com/

I would like to understand if Ning 3 will get better templates and a site builder like Ning 4 
or our social network will be left behind Just like Ning 2?

Thank you for your interest in our new Ning 4.0 builder.

Right now, we don't have the official information about migration or integration with Ning 4.0 builder.

But we can tell you for sure that current Ning 3.0 users will be able to use the new builder.
