I am on a Ning 2 platform and there is no support. I have trouble tickets that are months old and when I ask for an update, I get a copy/paste responce.
I've already passed it to our Tech Unit.

If you are trying to get us on Ning 2 to leave. Just tell us. Do not keep us dangling with no support.

You could try going to https://www.ning.com/ then click on the live chat at the bottom right you can chat with a support agent who then may be able to get some help for you
I don't even bother with tickets anymore. I just call them.
