Hi there!
If you have faced any issues with the SSL certificate, please go to the domain mapping section, switch off the SSL for 10-20 seconds, and then switch it back, it should pass less then 24 hours for the certificate to be issued automatically. If it does not happen please contact us back once again.

I’ve you have your chat enabled you may have issues. Disabled the chat and it works fine that’s if you have the chat enabled lol
