Current status of the Ning Platform is always available on the Ning Status Blog.

I'm having lots of problems with my community - members can download all files but many of them don't put a designation (.pdf / .docx / .mp4 etc ..)  Sure, you can download and then go into your directory and add it but most users aren't that tech saavy and just think things aren't working.

Any other community having this problem?  

I do hope NING escalates this. I have paying customers and under a lot of heat - and nothing I can do with my own developers. Shyte.

  • Jim - can't access any of your old discussions.  Ning has cleaned up the archive here and most discussions no longer available. 

    Can you be more specific?  I really don't see how this problem can be fixed other than on the Ning server side?
