I thought you wish to make HTML button in HTML mode in colors of the buttons near to it.
Regarding the visual mode, tiny mce is using the separate list of styles which are determined when it's getting initiated. So the only way to change the color is to reinitiate the text editor with new parameters, unfortunately so far I haven't been able to accomplish this task in 100% cases so for now, I'm not able to do this, maybe some other creators with more experience will be able to assist.
