how to have mobile visitors forwarded to external mobile site?

I can't figure it out and my default mobile site for 2.0 is the worst thing I've ever seen. I can't even disable. That whole "delete mobile pages" does not work. 

I have a weebly page that I would like to serve as the mobile page. Any help?
