Profile page settings box messed up

Can anyone help with this particular problem? A few days ago, I noticed that my personal profile page was messed up; the settings box has moved from the top left-hand side of the page to the bottom left side. Actually, The whole profile page has moved to the right of the screen. "Also watch out for how certain image types appear on mobile devices. Gigs and png files can become pixelated on certain mobile browsers on Android for example."

I'm setting up a network and have added pages. Using Jen's tip on page backgrounds Add Body Background to Pages , there are several pages i.e., guidelines, about us, etc., that have a gif as the background. It looks very nice and catches the reader's attention, however...will this cause delays and issues for the members?
