Is there any option to explain the profile questions to users on the sign-up?

I would love to put some examples of good answers, or an small explanation about the question itself.So far I can just add stuff on the profile question tool, on the "Question title", but links don't work and the format for the explanation is the same than the format of the question.I would really appreciate any lead on this!Thanks!See More
