Why isn't my Ning network site not secure?

Google says my ning network http://www.kkartlab.in

 is not a secure site to visit. Passwords and credit card information can be stolen. Why is this so? I thought all Ning networks are secure. It also says 26 cookies are in use to track all information

I have been testing my Network in some tolls like Page speed from Google and the result is so bad. What can we do to get it better? My Network should be loading better on smartphones and desktop as well. Any tip? Check the Screenprint
