Tracking my members' free trial period

1. How can I see when someone's free trial began and when their free trial will end? I've given people an option to sign up for a free trial period but have no way of monitoring this, but would like to.

What Am I Missing In Adding A Footer

Ning Support : There is a issue with uploading photos in the registration form.
