I have almost 10,000 users in my network, it does not stop growing, it would be great if users received a congratulation on their birthday via email ... is not it a good idea?

Does anyone know if Broadcast Messages go to all members based on their profile's email settings or do they go to everyone (if the all members  group is selected) no matter what?

20 Group Display limit for Group Hub

Does anyone have a work around for the 20 Group Display limit for Group Hub section that you can include on the main page?

We currently have 21 groups but only 20 display on the main page.

Layout Columns in a Forum Searched Page

I'm creating a new Classifieds section on my N3 site. After seccessfully doing one on my N2 (view tip here) then migrating it over to N3 it didn't go over so well so I'm starting from scatch. I'm hoping for a little N3 creating insite to help finish

Does anyone know how to get the number of views to appear on a photo? We had this on N2 but I just migrated over to N3 and I'm now discovering it's not there anymore.
