Members not receiving Broadcast Messages 2.0

I've had 3 members in the past month report that they are no longer receiving broadcast messages that go out each month.

We've checked their spam filters and junk folders. Their email address in the network is correct.

Invitation text and link missing

It's been nearly a month since I submitted a help ticket and no solutions to these two issues. Nothing but "you must wait"

Pictures/Gallery Pages Very Poor performance in Search - Anyone know why?

Generally, my Ning site seems to do pretty well in Google serach ranking. But for some reason photos added on the gallery fare a lot less well on image search. Anyone know why?

When my member uplod a photo it changes collor. The support can't fixe it, or they wont. They said to embed the pictures. That is so stupid.

How do you kill a Ning Network?

Maybe an odd need among the active Ning Admins here, but how do I kill this thing?

My network started in 2008, we're about 10K members, and I wanted to be able to control when we went offline. Is there a "delete" or "take offline" option I don't see?
